As the title may have suggested, the second installment of Captain America may suggest that it heavily revolves the character mentioned, i.e. the Winter Soldier but fret not (or fret), that it actually has more story development than just a super villain.
If the first movie we witnessed the transformation of Captain America in the predominantly set of the World War 2, the second installment is more to how Captain adapted but stayed true to his patriotic roots to serve the country (via S.H.I.E.L.D) in the modern world involving political agendas. Weapons are developed by S.H.I.E.L.D, designed to keep peace among mankind and eradicate crime, but sinister plots ran within the organization and it was up to Capt. America to be our favorite hero and save the day. What else do you expect from a Marvel flick?
Along side Natasha "Black Widow" Romanoff and a great addition of Sam "Falcon" Wilson, the mini Avengers Team, I must say, fought against the rising evil (I do sound like a broken record, but I do not intend spoilers here as Capt. America 2 is really worth watching in the cinema) with guaranteed action packed fights and unrealistic martial art skills. Familiar faces Nick Fury and Agent Maria Hill made their appearance in the movie as well as S.H.I.E.L.D actually centers the movie, more than the actual Winter Soldier, which in my honest opinion, was under developed in terms of his character (it's also very predictable to whom the identity of the Winter Soldier EVEN if you are not a Marvel fan halfway, or rather quarter way in the movie). And unless you study more into the history of the Winter Soldier, you would probably get lost to why the name Winter Soldier, and why he became it. Sigh
As a tradition in most (or all) of Marvel's latest movies, do catch a cameo of the beloved Stan Lee and catch the after credit scenes (Hint : Avengers 2?)
